THE TURTLES HAD THEIR FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL TODAY AND DID JUST FINE. THE KIDS LOVED THEM AND RECEIVED LOTS OF DIRECTION ON CARE AND HANDLING. EMPHASIS ON GENTLENESS AND CLEANLINESS WAS ENCOURAGED. THEY WERE ALLOWED TO PET THE CARAPACE BUT NOT HOLD. THEY WERE SO EXCITED. WE WILL BE SHARING THEM WITH TWO DIFFERENT SCHOOLS THIS YEAR IN THE THIRD AND FOURTH GRADES. BUT WHAT I REALLY WANT YOU TO KNOW IS HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE THE HEALTH AND QUALITY OF SHIPPING OF YOUR TURTLES. YOUR TURTLES WERE GREAT FROM DAY ONE. HOWEVER, I HAD PURCHASED TURTLES FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER IN FLORIDA WHO WAS NOT AS GOOD. YOU SEPARATED EACH TURTLE AND HAD PLENTY OF QUALITY MOISTURE MATERIAL IN EACH CONTAINER INSTEAD OF PACKING 4 TURTLE IN ONE SMALL CONTAINER WITH NEWSPAPER AS THE OTHER SUPPLIER DID. YOU ALSO LET THE UPS DRIVER KNOW THERE WERE LIVE TURTLES IN THERE, THE OTHER DID NOT, IN ADDITION, YOU PUT THEM IN A STYROFOAM CONTAINER TO BOOT, THE OTHER JUST GOT A WAD OF NEWSPAPER (THE SIZE OF TWO FINGERS) JAMMED IN WITH THE FOUR OF THEM IN THAT SMALL PLASTIC CONTAINER SIMILAR TO THOSE YOU SHIP WITH FOR ONE TURTLE AND THEN A TINY BOX FOR SHIPPING. THE TURTLES DID NOT LOOK SO HOT WHEN I OPENED THEM UP, THEY HAD NEWSPAPER GLUED TO THEIR FACES.THEY ALSO DID NOT INSIST ON OVERNIGHT AIR, BUT I DID. SO FROM NOW ON I BUY FROM YOU. THANKS. MARYANN

I was first interested in snakes about a couple months ago when I was catching some Black Racers at my house but I wasn't allowed to keep him because he had a nest with a mate. So from then on I set out on a goal to get a friendly snake. After a few months I had saved up $200 for the ball python I wanted to purchase. After a few minutes I had become friends with my ball python, Scrips, and was exceptionatly pleased with his health. I am now buying all my supplies for my snake and loved the way the snake was extremely nice. -Wayne McGaughey

I met Greg about 4 or 5 years ago at a Reptile show in West Palm Beach. I was going from table to table checking prices before purchasing a Nile Monitor from another vendor. I showed up late at the show and all vendors except one were already sold out. Greg tried to explain to me that I was about to make a mistake with my purchase. Underground did not have one available, so Greg was kind enough to take a look at the lizard. He told me the animal was sick. I did not know these lizards at all and took what Greg had told me with a grain of salt. I was stubborn and made the purchase anyway, and the lizard died that night. I waited for the next Reptile show in West Palm Beach. Greg recognized me right away. I was actually there looking for the vendor that sold me the monitor. This time my wife was with me and wanted a Redtail Boa. What she wanted she got, I was actually impressed that she wanted a snake. Anyway, Greg was again very informative. I had a few Pythons growing up, so I figured if she didn't want anything to do with it then I could still handle having it around. Greg helped her choose a perfect match. Later that night we realized how perfect of a match it really was. It actually had her initials in its patern. What are the odds of that? Shortly after, I decided to go to Underground's Store. I was amazed at the organization and service from the moment I walked through the door. As if the story wasn't long already, but to shorten it up a bit. My wife and I divorced about 3 years ago. I started dating again and found a girlfriend that had a daughter. I new kids liked animals and could not get the same experience at a zoo as they would at Underground Reptiles. Again, Greg with open arms and full of knowledge. Samantha, my girlfriends daughter, had the time of her life. That was 2 years ago and the last time I had been there. A few days ago, I walked in out of the blue to see what new animals they had, and once again, Greg recognizes me. He did not approach me as a sales person and say, Can I help you? Instead he says "How have you been doing? It has been a while....." I can not say enough about this guy or your store!
